Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

Cost to Participate
- $30 enrollment fee per semester (ACH & credit card)
- $3 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
- $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Go to rcsj.edu
- Under Admissions & Aid go to Paying for College
- On the left select paying for college at Cumberland
- Scroll down to Alternative Options select Tuition Payment Plan ( in Self-Service)
If you want to authorize another individual to make payments, select “Add an Authorized Party” and complete the enrollment information. Only one authorized party can establish a payment arrangement.

Payment Plan Availability
Availability of the payment plan is determined by Rowan College of South Jersey – Cumberland. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
Balance Adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. Review your agreement balance online or call the Rowan College of South Jersey Cumberland Bursar’s Office at 856.691.8600 ex. 1336 to confirm the change.
