Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

Payments are processed on the 20th of each month
Cost to Participate
- $35, $40, or $45 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester
- Up to $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

- Log in to Okta (Single Sign On)
• Click on “Elucian Experience App”
• Click on “Financial Aid Card”
• Click on “View My Bill”
• Click “Pay Now”
• Select desired term for payment plan
• Select “Pay by Payment Plan with Nelnet”

Target Dates to Enroll By:
Fall 2025
Payment plan available on June 29, 2025.
Payers must have 50% of their balance paid and be current on the payment plan prior to the guarantee date. If not, the payment plan will be terminated on the guarantee date. All funds collected will be remitted to the institution.
If additional charges are added after enrollment in the payment plan, payers must ensure that at least 50% of the updated tuition balance is paid by the guarantee date to remain eligible.
Online payments will not be allowed within one week of the guarantee date..

PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABILITY Availability of the payment plan is determined by Albany Technical College. Please be aware the College may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS Please do not assume your balance will automatically adjust if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online.
Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
