Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. Payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit/debit card (An additional service fee will be assessed.)
If a credit/debit card is used, a service fee in addition to the enrollment and processing fees will be assessed.
Cost to Participate
- $30 per semester nonrefundable enrollment fee (ACH & credit/debit card)
- $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Patrick Henry College will charge a 2% processing fee that will be added to your account balance prior to the Nelnet Campus Commerce payment calculation.
Simple Steps to Enroll
- • Go to www.phc.edu
• Click “Student Portal” in the upper navigation menu
• Log into the Student Portal & select the desired term
• Click “Manage a Monthly Billing Plan” from the “Payments” sub menu
• Follow the user instructions in the Nelnet Campus Commerce System
Before you click the Submit button, please read carefully through the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions. An immediate e-mail will be sent (if an e-mail address was provided for the person responsible for payment) confirming enrollment in the payment plan.
