Make College Easier to Pay For with a Tuition Payment Plan.
Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!
Payment Plan Information
Payment Methods
- Automatic payment from checking or savings account (ACH)
- Automatic payment from credit card or debit card
Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
Cost to Participate
- $30 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester
- $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
- $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Go to www.ivcc.edu/payment – log in with your K# and password
- From the Student Menu under Financial Info choose Payment Plan Set up
IMPORTANT: “TARGET DATE” IS NOT THE SAME AS “DUE DATE”. Check your registration statement or the website for payment deadlines!

Payment Plan Availability
Availability of the payment plan is determined by Illinois Valley Community College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration. Check with the cashier office for specific due dates.
