Simple Steps to Enroll
- From CCC homepage, login to your Web4 account
- Select “Student Services”
- Select “FACTS - Online Payment Plan”
- Select a Term and click Submit
- Click on the e-Cashier Logo

Balance Adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received. Adding a class after the initial plan registration will result in an increase to subsequent payments. Full payment for all classes is expected by the end of the payment schedule, regardless of when they were added. Dropped classes may result in a refund instead of a payment adjustment. You should review your agreement balance online through www.mypaymentplan.com or contact the CCC Registration/Cashier’s Office at 928.226-4237 to confirm the change.
