Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There’s no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it’s easy to enroll!

- $40 enrollment fee per semester
- $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Go to www.qcc.edu
- Select “The Q” and log in.
- On the Welcome page to the right under Quick Links select View/Pay My Bill, to the right under My Payment Account select My Account Balances then select Make A Payment
- First time users will be asked to create an account.
Before you click the Submit button, please read carefully through the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions. An immediate email will be sent (if an email address was provided for the person responsible for payment) confirming enrollment in the payment plan.
PLEASE NOTE: All down payments are processed immediately along with the $40 enrollment fee. All remaining payments are deducted automatically on the 5th of each month, until the balance is paid in full. All charges are subject to change without prior notification. Payment is due on or before the due date each semester and upon enrollment after the due date NOT the dates of the payment plan options below.
*NOTE: Students, if you want to authorize another individual to make payments, select “Add an Authorized Party”. You must invite your parents or others as Authorized Payers / Plan Owners for them to sign up for the payment plan.
